Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Psychiatry, Eskenazi Health
Gabriela D. Williams is the inpatient psychiatric clinical pharmacy specialist at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, IN, which serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County . Dr. Williams graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a minor is psychology from Purdue University in 2013, and following graduation, completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL, followed by her PGY-2 psychiatric pharmacy residency with Purdue University & Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, IN. In her current role as a psychiatric clinical pharmacy specialist, Dr. Williams provides clinical pharmacy services for inpatient acute care and consultation psychiatry services at Eskenazi Health. Additionally, Dr. Williams is highly involved in the education of pharmacy trainees, serving as a primary preceptor and coordinator for the PGY-2 psychiatric pharmacy residency and also as primary preceptor for APPE students, PGY-1 residents, and PGY-2 residents on inpatient psychiatric pharmacy learning experiences at Eskenazi Health.
