Founded in 1921, the Kappa Epsilon Fraternity has had an important impact on the profession of pharmacy for over 80 years through supporting personal and professional development, providing networking opportunities, promoting pharmacy as a career, and participating in various breast cancer awareness efforts.
The Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Epsilon was inducted on October 15, 1960. Alpha Epsilon is heavily involved with main campus and the community. We support Breast Cancer Awareness, service to the community and network with students. The Members of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter look forward to hosting the annual School of Pharmacy Family Day, as well as a variety of social events throughout the year.
As our National Project, we support Breast Cancer Awareness. We lend our support through participating in events such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and various fundraisers throughout the year to support the cause. We also host a Breast Cancer Dinner to celebrate the victory of many breast cancer survivors and invite them to speak about their experiences.
As a Chapter and group of future healthcare professionals, our goal is to continue moving forward and increase our involvement with the community and participation in various health fairs and educational events.
